Where the site allows, we favor soil-building amendments, organic fertility, mulch, diverse plant communities, reduced disturbance and water-conscious design instead of treating every problem with a recurring chemical input.

Standing water, erosion and runoff are usually symptoms of a larger site pattern. We look at where the water comes from, how it travels, what it affects and where it can be moved, slowed or absorbed more appropriately.

Organix combines conventional landscape construction with ecological and regenerative principles where they improve the result. The objective is practical: healthier soil, appropriate plants, better water behavior and less unnecessary input over time.
Start With the Site
Sun, drainage, access, soil, existing vegetation and how the property is used shape the solution.
Build Soil, Not Dependence
Compost, organic amendments and mulch are used where appropriate to support the living system beneath the plants.
Use the Right Plant
Plant selections balance appearance, mature size, water needs, climate fit and useful ecological or productive value.
Design for Maturity
The finished project should improve as it grows rather than only look good on installation day.
Many Organix landscape projects fall between $2,000 and $7,500+.
The final investment depends on the size of the area, plant sizes and quantities, materials, soil preparation, edging, drainage needs, equipment access and overall site complexity. Larger projects may extend well beyond this range.
This is a typical project range, not a minimum. Smaller specialty projects are still considered when the scope is a good fit for our schedule, crew and equipment.
Landscape Concept Design — starting at $395.
For projects that benefit from a defined plan before installation, Organix can develop a practical concept layout with plant and material selections and general placement intent. For appropriate local projects, the initial project review and site visit are complimentary.
When Organix completes an installation of $2,500 or more, 50% of the design fee can be credited toward the build when the credit is used within 90 days of design approval. Larger or unusually complex properties may require a custom design scope.

For Organix installations of $2,500+, 50% of the design fee can be applied toward the build within 90 days of design approval.
We stand behind the work we install.
Organix-installed workmanship is covered for one year from project completion against defects in installation. Plant survival is not automatically covered; plant replacement applies only when it is specifically included in the project proposal or supported by an applicable supplier warranty.
Workmanship and plant coverage do not apply to conditions outside Organix’s control, including improper watering, irrigation failure, extreme weather, pests or disease, wildlife, chemical or herbicide exposure, neglect, damage by others, or normal plant variability. The written project proposal controls the specific warranty terms for each project.
Project-based support beyond the three core services.
We also take on select property work when it fits our equipment, schedule and capabilities. These services are often completed alongside a larger project, but some make sense as standalone work.
Tree & Pruning Work
Selective pruning, smaller removals and cleanup where the scope is a good fit for our crew and equipment.
Storm & Debris Cleanup
Downed limbs, fallen material and one-time cleanup work where equipment access makes the project efficient.
Specialty Site Work
Small trenches, planting preparation, material movement and other tractor-assisted work tied to improving the property.
